These terms apply to your use of pupcountryclub.dog and to booking services with Pup Country Club, a DBA of Familia Sleeper Lozara Company LLC.
Appointments are subject to availability. Our Salon and Mobile services are also governed by our Service Agreements, which every customer signs before or at their first appointment. The Service Agreements include our policies on cancellations, late arrivals, special handling, fees, and liability, and they control if anything here differs.
Prices shown on our website are estimates. Final prices depend on your pet’s size, coat, condition, and the services requested, and may change over time.
When you book with Pup Country Club and agree to receive texts, we send messages about your pet’s grooming appointments, including confirmations, reminders, arrival times for mobile visits, pickup notices, and schedule changes. Message frequency varies, usually 2–4 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not required to book an appointment. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number.
