V.I.P. Club

Starting August 2022: Saturdays will be exclusive for our VIP members, and only 1 Saturday a month will be designated for new and/or regular customers that are not part of the VIP Club. There will also be a price increase on all of our services, but all current and active VIP members up to July 31st, 2022 will keep their original price and arrangement for the rest of the year of 2022. Customers that join the VIP Club after July 31st, 2022, or that lose it/drop it and then try to rejoin after that date, will still be subject to the new prices.

You can change the pre-booked schedule (days and/or times & services) at any point through phone, text or in your online profile.

Frequently Asked Questions

If my dog only needs a haircut or full groom once every two or three months, but I want to bring it more often to be part of the VIP Club, do I have to schedule for a haircut every time I bring it?

No! You can schedule each of your visits for your dog to have any service: be it a bath, sanitary or haircut. For example, if you join the Blue VIP and bring your dog once a month, this month your dog can be scheduled for a haircut or full trim, but next month you can schedule for it to just get a bath, and the month after schedule to get just a sanitary trim or touch-up. Whatever works for you and your pup! Individual services, such as coming for just a nail trim or file, do not count as VIP visits.

Why do I have to pre-book the entire year?

Pre-booking for the year has many perks! One of them would be that your dog will ALWAYS have a guaranteed spot in our salon, even through the holidays! (Which is when we usually book up 2-3 weeks in advance) It also allows us to plan for your dog’s service every time, making it faster, more efficient, and personalized to your dog. Having dogs that come monthly, bi-weekly and/or weekly allows us to keep costs down, and those savings are passed down to our customers.

What if I’m a VIP, but I stop liking your services, lose my dog, or something else happens at some point and want to/have to stop coming?

Joining our VIP Club is free: there is no upfront cost and no agreements signed, which means that you can stop coming at any time, for any reason! We will, of course, be sad to see you go, but we understand life happens. A phone call, text or message giving us a heads up would be greatly appreciated, as well as any feedback you may have for us to be better for our customers.

What happens if I can’t make it to one of my pre-booked appointments?

We understand life happens! You can move or change your pre-booked appointments as long as it is at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can change it to another day or another time that same day, as long as you don’t run too far off of your monthly, bi-weekly or weekly schedule. There is no charge to change or move your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled spot, but there will be a $15 charge if it is changed, moved or cancelled within those 24 hours.

What if I need to skip one of my appointments, but want to continue my normal schedule afterwards?

We live in rough times… we understand emergencies and other situations are difficult to avoid sometimes. All of our VIP customers get 1 pass to skip an appointment and continue with their normal pre-booked schedule afterwards, without losing their VIP status. Our 24 hour rule still applies, though. If you need to cancel/skip your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead to prevent the $15 fee. If you have already used your 1 pass and need another appointment to be cancelled/skipped, you will have to pay normal price on your next visit, and your VIP price and perks will be restored when you get back on a pre-booked schedule.

What if I don’t show to my appointment without notice? What if I miss more than one of my pre-booked appointments?

Our entire staff, including our stylists, are paid by the hour, unlike other salons where staff is paid by commission. That’s why our employees take the time to give personalized attention to each and every one of our customers. Because of this, we need to run a very efficient schedule for our business to run properly. Customers that don’t show to a pre-booked appointment or that miss two pre-booked appointments in a row are automatically removed from our VIP list and their remainder pre-booked appointments are cancelled.
