To join the VIP Club, customers must prebook their pups’ grooming appointments for an entire calendar year on a recurring schedule. Customers can choose for us to come to them with our mobile grooming trailer, or to come to our salon in the town of Medina every 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks or 8 weeks.
