Are you a new customer with us? Is it your dog’s first time getting groomed or having a Spa Day with us? Then you’ll need to fill out a new customer form and waiver. Most of the times we do this digitally or we fill out all the information for you over the phone/text. Otherwise, we will give you a copy at the time of your appointment to fill out at that particular time. You can also print it, read it, and bring it already signed at the time of your appointment!
