Make sure to add any of these upgrades to your online appointment request or when you contact us! Remember: you don’t need an appointment, but we need you to give us a heads-up for us to have everything ready for you and your pup.

GENERAL RULES

• There is no time limit when you use our facilities! But we close the salon at 8pm. Make sure to make your appointment with enough time to be done by 8pm.
• You may come alone or with someone to help you with the DIY bath, just be mindful that our space is small and can’t accommodate a lot of people/pets at the same time!
• We have 2 tubs and 2 grooming stations available for self-service use. Anybody may come at any time during business hours to use them, including our Professional groomers tending to professional appointments.
• We will ask you to please use the vaccum to clean the hair from the floor, table and station. We will also ask you to please hose down the hair that sticks to the walls of the tub, and to toss the wet hair in the trash bin by the tub. No more cleaning is required, we will do the rest!
• Please be mindful of excessive messes. If you and/or your pet made an excessive mess, please help us by using the cleaning supplies provided by the bathing area and let us know about it. We will not charge you extra, but remember that without your help, this will take time and supplies out of our professional use of the space.
• ALL PETS MUST BE ON A PERMANENT FLEA-PREVENTATIVE! No fleas are allowed in our facilities for the safety of all of our community pets. If you are found to bring a pet with fleas, there will be a $50 fee for bombing and sanitizing the salon. Please be considerate of all the community pets that use our self for self-service wash and that come for professional services.

GROOMING RULES

• Cats require special products. When you make an appointment online, or when you give us a heads-up through phone or text, please mention your dog’s size or that your pet is a cat, so we can have all products and tools ready for you.
• IF YOUR PET IS AGGRESSIVE TOWARDS OTHER PEOPLE OR OTHER PETS, OR IS SCARED/NERVOUS ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE OR PETS, PLEASE ADD THE PRIVACY UPGRADE TO YOUR SPOT! This will let us know that the facilities may not be used by anyone else at the same time as you, and will ensure that you and your pet are not disturbed for a 2 hour window (max).
• Please don’t grab any equipment/tools that are not in your self-serve basket or labeled for self-wash use. If you can’t find something or need anything that is not in your basket or labeled on the station, please text 830-328-1839 and someone will come assist you.
• Please pick 1 station and stay on that station. Moving a wet pet around, changing places, only makes more mess than what is necessary.
• You will receive a specific set of instructions for your self-wash and for your upgrades (if any). Follow our instructions and we can guarantee positive results for your pet! If you don’t, your results won’t be optimal and your pet may depend on a professional service to achieve better results.
• Keep the hose and water directed inside the tub at all times. Our facilities are water-resistant but not water-proof.
• Pets must be kept on the noose and belly-band or leash at all times for safety reasons.
• A special facial shampoo/wash is already included in your price. We don’t use anything else on a dog’s face for safety reasons!
• ALL of our products are high-end, luxury. natural and chemical-free! They’re the same products we use on our own professional customers. Most of our products are already hypoallergenic.
